Led by director and founder, Anita McGuire, the international sales team, provides a customised service for each client. These services include working closely with individual prospective buyers, to assess their property requirements - be it for retirement, holiday home or investment - in order to identify the most suitable property and location for them.

Anita, having had a successful teaching career for over 12 years took leave of absence in order to pursue a career in auctioneering. Having successfully completed her I.P.A.V. examinations in 2000, Anita worked as estate agent for Frontline Spanish Properties in Spain and Ireland.
