At closing, seller pays PropertyPaths.com, LLC typically 3% for representing the buyer. 


Warning: If you purchase a property without a buyer's agent brokerage representing you then the listing agent brokerage typically keeps the whole 6% commission!


 Buyer works with their selected agent to build a custom property search and set up showings. Buyer also searches independently, and notifies their agent of any great finds to research further.

Step 6. Review the Title Search, Hud-1 and proceed to Closing

       

Step 5. Secure a loan and insurance commitment. Obtain a home warranty, and take a final walk-through at your discretion.
