  • Review your Comparable Market Analysis of the property to help determine a listing price
  • Review residential property disclosure and lead-based paint disclosure (if property is built before 1978)
  • Determine showing instructions 
  • Review the draft property listing data that is pending submission to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) 
  • Proceed to electronic signature of the documents
  • Publish MLS listing immediately or effective future date the listing
  • Marketing strategy and attract buyers!
